Chemical Service

Our Silver Service ensures Clean, Safe Water
     This is our most economical service that we offer and ensures that your pool water will be safe, sanitary, and algae free so that you can swim worry free.  We test and balance your pool chemicals, brush the pool steps and empty the skimmer basket every week.  YES, we provide all the chemicals! (Chlorine tablets, shock treatments, pH balancers, conditioners, and more)  
** This service does not include pool cleaning

Chemical & Filter Service

Our Premium Service adds Filter Cleaning ​
     This top-seller is the most popular service that we offer and includes everything described with our weekly Chemical Service, along with routine filter cleaning and basket cleaning service.  Cartridge filters will be cleaned on a routine basis with reassembly.  This service works great with an automatic pool cleaner.  Your pool system and water balance will be properly maintained as your automatic pool cleaner keeps your pool clean of debris each time your filter runs.  
** This service does not include pool cleaning

Salt Water Service

Our Premium Service for your Salt Water Pool
     Our Salt Water Pool Service is similar to our Chemical and Filter Cleaning Service and is designed for pools with working salt water chlorinators.  We test and balance your pool water on a weekly basis (this includes salt, conditioner, pH balancers, and disinfecting chemicals when needed).  The cartridge filters and salt cells will be cleaned on a routine basis with reassembly.
** This service does not include pool cleaning

FULL SERVICE 

Our Platinum Service - Complete Care of Your Pool & Spa
     Our Platinum Service includes full maintenance (Cleaning and Chemicals) on a weekly basis.  We will skim, brush, vacuum (as needed) and empty all baskets to your swimming pool on a weekly basis.  Cartridge filters will be cleaned as needed with reassembly and lubrication of filter tank o-ring.
** Pool must have a working automatic pool cleaner or         in-floor cleaning system
​** Pools without a working cleaner will be charged a higher rate depending on the condition of the pool

IN-GROUND SPA SERVICE

Our "Spa Only" Service - Complete Care of Your Spa
          For our clients with an in-ground spa (no pool), we offer full maintenance (Cleaning and Chemicals) on a weekly basis.  We will skim, brush, vacuum (as needed) and empty all baskets to your pool on a weekly basis.  Cartridge filters will be cleaned as needed with reassembly and lubrication of filter tank o-ring.

POOL DRAINING -  The swimming pool must be clear and free of debris or there will be additional charges for cleaning.

DRAIN & CLEAN -  Our "Green Pool Cleanup" will completely remove all algae from your swimming pool.  This process includes draining the pool, cleaning up any debris and algae, chlorine washing the pool and spa surface, thorough cleaning of the pool filtration system, refilling the pool and adding chemicals to rebalance the fresh water.  (Any filter replacement parts will incur an additional charge.)

DRAIN & ACID WASH -  As your pool water evaporates, all the minerals in the water stay behind and as you continuously add water this mineral content increases over time, causing the pool water hardness to increase.  Eventually these minerals (mainly calcium) begin to deposit on your pool plaster surface causing unsightly staining.  Acid Washing includes draining the pool, cleaning any dirt and debris, acid washing the swimming pool and spa surface, refilling the pool and adding chemicals to rebalance the fresh water.  (A filter cleaning is recommended at the same time as an acid wash.)

FILTER CLEANING -  For non-regular customers, this Includes disassembly of filter system, cleaning filter cartridges, reassembly and lubrication of filter tank o-ring.  (Any filter replacement parts will incur an additional charge.)

FILTER CARTRIDGE ACID WASH -  Includes disassembly of filter system, inspection, and acid washing of cartridge filters.  This will be followed by reassembly to include lubrication of filter tank o-ring.  (Any filter replacement parts will incur an additional cost.)

ONE TIME CLEANING -  Includes filter cleaning (see above).  Any filter replacement parts will incur an additional cost.
